deejayd-client software package provides Client library and command line tool to access the deejayd server, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install deejayd-client
deejayd-client is installed in your system.
Make ensure the deejayd-client package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep deejayd-client *
You will get with deejayd-client package name, version, architecture and description in a table
