debconf-i18n software package provides full internationalization support for debconf, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install debconf-i18n
debconf-i18n is installed in your system.
Make ensure the debconf-i18n package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep debconf-i18n *
You will get with debconf-i18n package name, version, architecture and description in a table
