csync-owncloud software package provides user level bidirectional client only file synchronizer, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install csync-owncloud
csync-owncloud is installed in your system.
Make ensure the csync-owncloud package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep csync-owncloud *
You will get with csync-owncloud package name, version, architecture and description in a table
