concavity software package provides predictor of protein ligand binding sites from structure and conservation, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install concavity
concavity is installed in your system.
Make ensure the concavity package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep concavity *
You will get with concavity package name, version, architecture and description in a table
