compartment software package provides Confine services in a limited environment, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install compartment
compartment is installed in your system.
Make ensure the compartment package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep compartment *
You will get with compartment package name, version, architecture and description in a table
