coderay software package provides Helper programs for CodeRay Ruby lib for syntax highlighting, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install coderay
coderay is installed in your system.
Make ensure the coderay package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep coderay *
You will get with coderay package name, version, architecture and description in a table
