atfs-dev software package provides The Attributed File System (AtFS development libraries), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install atfs-dev
atfs-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the atfs-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep atfs-dev *
You will get with atfs-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
