libchm-bin software package provides library for dealing with Microsoft CHM files (test programs), you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libchm-bin
libchm-bin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libchm-bin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libchm-bin *
You will get with libchm-bin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
