libcgsi-gsoap1 software package provides GSI plugin for gSOAP, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcgsi-gsoap1
libcgsi-gsoap1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcgsi-gsoap1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcgsi-gsoap1 *
You will get with libcgsi-gsoap1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
