libcgi-xml-perl software package provides perl module for converting CGI variables from/to XML, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcgi-xml-perl
libcgi-xml-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcgi-xml-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcgi-xml-perl *
You will get with libcgi-xml-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
