libcgi-uploader-perl software package provides module for managing CGI uploads using an SQL database, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcgi-uploader-perl
libcgi-uploader-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcgi-uploader-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcgi-uploader-perl *
You will get with libcgi-uploader-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
