libcal3d-doc software package provides Skeletal based 3d character animation library - API documentation, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcal3d-doc
libcal3d-doc is installed in your system.
