libcairomm-1.0-dev software package provides C++ wrappers for Cairo (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcairomm-1.0-dev
libcairomm-1.0-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcairomm-1.0-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcairomm-1.0-dev *
You will get with libcairomm-1.0-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
