How to uninstall or remove libbtparse0 software package from Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libbtparse0 package itself from Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libbtparse0 

Uninstall libbtparse0 including dependent package

If you would like to remove libbtparse0 and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libbtparse0 
Use Purging libbtparse0

If you use with purge options to libbtparse0 package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libbtparse0 

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libbtparse0
