libbisho-common0-dbg software package provides Meego web services settings library (debug symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbisho-common0-dbg
libbisho-common0-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbisho-common0-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbisho-common0-dbg *
You will get with libbisho-common0-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
