libbest-perl software package provides fallbackable module loader, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbest-perl
libbest-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbest-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbest-perl *
You will get with libbest-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
