libatompub-perl software package provides implementation of Atom Publishing Protocol, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libatompub-perl
libatompub-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libatompub-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libatompub-perl *
You will get with libatompub-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
