libapq3.2.0-dev software package provides Pluggable Ada 95 Binding to various database systems (development), you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapq3.2.0-dev
libapq3.2.0-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapq3.2.0-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapq3.2.0-dev *
You will get with libapq3.2.0-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
