libaccountsservice-dev software package provides query and manipulate user account information - header files, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libaccountsservice-dev
libaccountsservice-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libaccountsservice-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libaccountsservice-dev *
You will get with libaccountsservice-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
