You can uninstall or removes an installed latex-fonts-sipa-arundina package itself from Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove latex-fonts-sipa-arundina

Uninstall latex-fonts-sipa-arundina including dependent package

If you would like to remove latex-fonts-sipa-arundina and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove latex-fonts-sipa-arundina
Use Purging latex-fonts-sipa-arundina

If you use with purge options to latex-fonts-sipa-arundina package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge latex-fonts-sipa-arundina

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.
