language-pack-cy software package provides translation updates for language Welsh, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install language-pack-cy
language-pack-cy is installed in your system.
Make ensure the language-pack-cy package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep language-pack-cy *
You will get with language-pack-cy package name, version, architecture and description in a table
