ksshaskpass software package provides interactively prompt users for a passphrase for ssh-add, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ksshaskpass
ksshaskpass is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ksshaskpass package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ksshaskpass *
You will get with ksshaskpass package name, version, architecture and description in a table
