How to uninstall or remove krb5-user software package from Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

You can uninstall or removes an installed krb5-user package itself from Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove krb5-user 

Uninstall krb5-user including dependent package

If you would like to remove krb5-user and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove krb5-user 
Use Purging krb5-user

If you use with purge options to krb5-user package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge krb5-user 

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove krb5-user
