How to Install krb5-ftpd software package in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

krb5-ftpd software package provides Secure FTP server supporting MIT Kerberos, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install krb5-ftpd

krb5-ftpd is installed in your system.

Make ensure the krb5-ftpd package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep krb5-ftpd *
