krb5-clients software package provides Secure replacements for ftp, telnet and rsh using MIT Kerberos, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install krb5-clients
krb5-clients is installed in your system.
Make ensure the krb5-clients package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep krb5-clients *
You will get with krb5-clients package name, version, architecture and description in a table
