How to Install kmtrace software package in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

kmtrace software package provides memory leak tracer, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install kmtrace

kmtrace is installed in your system.

Make ensure the kmtrace package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kmtrace *

You will get with kmtrace package name, version, architecture and description in a table
