kile-l10n software package provides KDE Integrated LaTeX Environment (localization), you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kile-l10n
kile-l10n is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kile-l10n package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kile-l10n *
You will get with kile-l10n package name, version, architecture and description in a table
