kernel-patch-wrr software package provides Extension to traffic Control/network bandwidth management, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kernel-patch-wrr
kernel-patch-wrr is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kernel-patch-wrr package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kernel-patch-wrr *
You will get with kernel-patch-wrr package name, version, architecture and description in a table
