kde-baseapps-dbg software package provides debugging symbols for the KDE base applications module, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kde-baseapps-dbg
kde-baseapps-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kde-baseapps-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kde-baseapps-dbg *
You will get with kde-baseapps-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
