How to Install junit software package in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

junit software package provides Automated testing framework for Java, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install junit

junit is installed in your system.

Make ensure the junit package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep junit *

You will get with junit package name, version, architecture and description in a table
