How to Install jemboss software package in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

jemboss software package provides graphical user interface to EMBOSS, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install jemboss

jemboss is installed in your system.

Make ensure the jemboss package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep jemboss *

You will get with jemboss package name, version, architecture and description in a table
