intltool-debian software package provides Help i18n of RFC822 compliant config files, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install intltool-debian
intltool-debian is installed in your system.
Make ensure the intltool-debian package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep intltool-debian *
You will get with intltool-debian package name, version, architecture and description in a table
