icomlib1-dev software package provides Icom PCR-1000 development kit, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install icomlib1-dev
icomlib1-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the icomlib1-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep icomlib1-dev *
You will get with icomlib1-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
