How to uninstall or remove icomlib-bin software package from Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

You can uninstall or removes an installed icomlib-bin package itself from Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove icomlib-bin 

Uninstall icomlib-bin including dependent package

If you would like to remove icomlib-bin and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove icomlib-bin 
Use Purging icomlib-bin

If you use with purge options to icomlib-bin package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge icomlib-bin 

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove icomlib-bin
