How to uninstall or remove hugin software package from Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

You can uninstall or removes an installed hugin package itself from Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove hugin 

Uninstall hugin including dependent package

If you would like to remove hugin and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove hugin 
Use Purging hugin

If you use with purge options to hugin package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge hugin 

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove hugin
