How to Install haveged software package in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

haveged software package provides Linux entropy source using the HAVEGE algorithm, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install haveged

haveged is installed in your system.

Make ensure the haveged package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep haveged *

You will get with haveged package name, version, architecture and description in a table
