How to Install gdpc software package in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

gdpc software package provides visualiser of molecular dynamic simulations, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install gdpc

gdpc is installed in your system.

Make ensure the gdpc package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gdpc *

You will get with gdpc package name, version, architecture and description in a table
