You can uninstall or removes an installed gambas2-gb-compress-bzlib2 package itself from Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove gambas2-gb-compress-bzlib2 

Uninstall gambas2-gb-compress-bzlib2 including dependent package

Use Purging gambas2-gb-compress-bzlib2

$ sudo apt-get purge gambas2-gb-compress-bzlib2
