fsl-4.1 software package provides analysis tools for FMRI, MRI and DTI brain imaging, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fsl-4.1
fsl-4.1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fsl-4.1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fsl-4.1 *
You will get with fsl-4.1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
