fs-core-modules-3.2.0-1412-oma software package provides Base filesystem modules, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fs-core-modules-3.2.0-1412-oma
fs-core-modules-3.2.0-1412-oma is installed in your system.
