ffe software package provides Tool for parsing flat and CSV files and converting them to different formats, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ffe
ffe is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ffe package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ffe *
You will get with ffe package name, version, architecture and description in a table
