epiphany-browser-dev software package provides Development files for the GNOME web browser, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install epiphany-browser-dev
epiphany-browser-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the epiphany-browser-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep epiphany-browser-dev *
You will get with epiphany-browser-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
