empty-expect software package provides Run processes and applications under pseudo-terminal, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install empty-expect
empty-expect is installed in your system.
Make ensure the empty-expect package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep empty-expect *
You will get with empty-expect package name, version, architecture and description in a table
