easytag-aac software package provides viewing, editing and writing ID3 tags - transitional package, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install easytag-aac
easytag-aac is installed in your system.
Make ensure the easytag-aac package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep easytag-aac *
You will get with easytag-aac package name, version, architecture and description in a table
