dynare-matlab software package provides MATLAB support for Dynare, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dynare-matlab
dynare-matlab is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dynare-matlab package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dynare-matlab *
You will get with dynare-matlab package name, version, architecture and description in a table
