How to uninstall or remove djplay software package from Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

You can uninstall or removes an installed djplay package itself from Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove djplay 

Uninstall djplay including dependent package

If you would like to remove djplay and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove djplay 
Use Purging djplay

If you use with purge options to djplay package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge djplay 

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove djplay
