How to uninstall or remove dares-qt software package from Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

You can uninstall or removes an installed dares-qt package itself from Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove dares-qt 

Uninstall dares-qt including dependent package

If you would like to remove dares-qt and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove dares-qt 
Use Purging dares-qt

If you use with purge options to dares-qt package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge dares-qt 

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove dares-qt
