coinor-libosi0-dbg software package provides COIN-OR Open Solver Interface, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install coinor-libosi0-dbg
coinor-libosi0-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the coinor-libosi0-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep coinor-libosi0-dbg *
