chm2pdf software package provides A Python script that converts CHM files into PDF files, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install chm2pdf
chm2pdf is installed in your system.
Make ensure the chm2pdf package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep chm2pdf *
You will get with chm2pdf package name, version, architecture and description in a table
