charm-helper-sh software package provides shell script helpers for use in juju charms, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install charm-helper-sh
charm-helper-sh is installed in your system.
Make ensure the charm-helper-sh package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep charm-helper-sh *
You will get with charm-helper-sh package name, version, architecture and description in a table
